Whether you are new to Deering, or returning for another year, we want to start by welcoming all students and families to Deering High School. 

There is a large mural outside our building that says “All One School.” That’s what it feels like here, which is pretty special given that we are the most diverse high school north of the Greater Boston area. Walk our halls and you will hear many languages and see many kinds of dress, and you will see students and adults of all kinds working and laughing together. We are a community. A family.

Together, we do vitally important work. We improve our reading, writing, and math skills together. We understand the world better together. We create art, music, and dance together. We explore and start careers together. We compete in teams together. We launch our futures together.

No matter who you are, you are an important part of this. Welcome.
