Your Guide to Deering's Fall Conference: Dates, Scheduling, and What to Expect

We are excited to welcome families back to campus for Deering's Fall Conferences! This is your chance to meet teachers, check in on your student's progress, and connect with our broader school community.

Important Dates & Times

  • Tuesday, October 13: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday, October 14: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Conference Options & Scheduling

We are using ReachMyTeach to schedule all meetings. Please review how scheduling works below:

  • Interpreted Conferences (30 Minutes): Held in the library for our multilingual families. Teachers, case managers, and counselors leading these meetings are already beginning to send direct invites.
  • Standard Conferences (10 Minutes): Open to all families. Soon, everyone will receive a communication link to book these meetings. Watch your inbox so you can reserve your preferred time slots.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Families, loved ones, and students (student attendance is optional) are encouraged to make the most of your visit along with meeting with the teachers you can:

  • Connect with Support Staff: Chat with school counselors, social workers, and administration.
  • Explore Student Life: Learn more about our school clubs, activities, and athletic programs.
  • Discuss Progress: Talk openly about your student's accomplishments, areas needing improvement, and share your personal hopes and concerns for the school year.

Keep an eye out for scheduling emails to arrive soon. We look forward to seeing you there!

Thank you,
