In September, Maine Adaptive brought their modified and adaptive bicycles to our school for a sunny afternoon of exploration. Our specialized program students, many of whom face unique physical and cognitive challenges, eagerly tried out the bikes. The experience was both exhilarating and empowering, as students discovered new ways to engage with the world around them. We are incredibly grateful to Maine Adaptive for providing this unforgettable opportunity and for their commitment to making outdoor activities accessible to all.
