Welcome to Deering High School! Today, August 31, we are excited to see you and support your transition into the new school year. Schedules will be distributed in the morning, and throughout the day you will visit all of your class blocks and attend a special assembly. During RAM block, advisors will cover essential operations like attendance and the bell schedule, Yondr pouches, and community connection. 

Please note that school counselors are available today strictly for critical schedule errors only, such as resolving an empty block, addressing a duplicate course, or a course you have already taken. If you have a legitimate scheduling error, please visit your counselor before or after school, during lunch, or during the specific block that requires the fix. 

Lastly, PATHS programming officially starts tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1, and your advisor is always ready to assist with any additional questions.
