These Deering Musicians Are All-State Bound!
A wave of musical talent swept through Portland as nine students earned coveted spots in the 2024-25 All-State Music Festival in Orono, Maine. And guess what? Deering High School proudly claims FOUR of these exceptional musicians! This awesome accomplishment proves just how much these students rock, and how Deering's music program helps them shine!
A huge shout-out to Spencer Fieldroy for making All-State Chorus, Danielle Santiago for All-State Band, and Anya Hieden and Gus Groh for All-State Orchestra! Their hard work and passion are truly inspiring. Check out this photo of our amazing band performing at the courthouse!
