The success of Culture Day was defined by the incredible leadership of our students, who took full initiative to transform every corner of our campus into a vibrant global journey. While the vision was supported by advisors Heather Sawyer, Abu Abukar, and Liz Davenport, it was the students who truly led the way, stepping up as area coordinators and activity leads with remarkable professionalism and enthusiasm. From organizing the drumming circles and sports to hosting the culinary stations and art workshops, they invited their peers into their worlds with a level of compassion and grace that was deeply moving. It was a profound joy to witness them represent their cultures with such immense pride, demonstrating a natural leadership that turned the entire building into a unified, welcoming celebration of our community’s heritage.
