Deering is off to a great start, and we would love to keep that momentum going! The administration cordially invites students and their families across all grades, 9 through 12, for our annual Open House on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This event is a long-standing tradition at Deering, and it offers a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with one another.

We will kick off the evening together in the Auditorium at 5:00 PM with a welcoming address from our administrators and staff leadership. 

You will step into your student’s daily routine through brief classroom rotations. You’ll meet our experienced teachers, discover the engaging academic endeavors our students have already begun, and learn about key aspects of the school day, including attendance, course expectations, RAM Block, Character Strong initiatives, and communication tools like Reach My Teach. 

You will also have time to explore our campus and tour the building. Representatives from across our school community will be available to answer questions and share information, including the Administration, Shared Leadership Team (SLT), School Counselors, CCCs, our Nurse, Athletics, Clubs, Key Club, NHS, Seal of Biliteracy, STEM Endorsement, Extended Learning Opportunities, Make It Happen, PATHS, Boosters, and the Family-Teacher Organization.
