The Deering High School community stands in collective praise of the Class of 2025. These final weeks have been a dynamic period, marked by both time-honored traditions and the successful completion of their academic endeavors. They have diligently completed their academic responsibilities, including final exams and brought their club activities and events to a memorable and enjoyable conclusion. Our students have graced the athletic fields for their final competitions. The spirited camaraderie of the class may have even manifested in a memorable senior campus prank. Their participation with Culture Day enriched our last weeks on campus. There was an awards night recognizing their outstanding accomplishments and contributions. Friday, May 30th, 2025, marked a poignant and significant milestone – the final day of classes for our graduates, and we also had a fun goodbye barbecue where they could take part in the timeless tradition of signing yearbooks. 

Having witnessed your growth, your intellectual curiosity, and your spirit here at Deering, we are not just wishing you well; we are confidently and eagerly anticipating the significant contributions you will offer the world as the bright individuals we've come to know.

Important Note for Our Graduates: Please remember that commencement practice is scheduled for Tuesday at 9:00 AM sharp. Kindly and promptly assemble at the Portland High School gymnasium.
