A Standing Ovation for Deering Players' "The Addams Family"!

Bravo, brava, bravissimi to the incredibly talented Deering Players on their sensational production of "The Addams Family Musical"! All three performances were met with thunderous applause and captivated audiences.

A production of this caliber doesn't just happen overnight. It takes months of dedication, collaboration, and sheer hard work. Let's shine the spotlight on the incredible individuals who brought this macabre masterpiece to life:

Leading the Ghoulish Gang:

  • Director Emily Serway expertly guided our talented cast, shaping their performances into a cohesive and captivating whole. Her vision was truly inspiring!
  • Tech Director Lorna Haigh worked tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring all the technical elements ran like a dream. The maestro of the backstage!
  • Set Design by Otis Baron transported us to the Addams Family mansion with eerie elegance and ingenious details. The set was a character in itself!
  • Hair Design by Paige Enright perfectly captured the kooky and spooky essence of each character, from Wednesday's iconic braids to Cousin Itt's wild mane.

  • Rose Bolduc as Wednesday Addams was the epitome of darkly delightful. Her deadpan delivery and chilling charm were absolutely mesmerizing.
  • Clementine Enright as Gomez Addams oozed charisma and passion, bringing a playful energy to the patriarch of the Addams clan.
  • Ivayla (Evie) Varbanova as Morticia Addams was the picture of gothic grace. Her every move was captivating, and her voice was hauntingly beautiful.
  • Margo Bean as Pugsley Addams was a mischievous delight, bringing youthful energy and comedic timing to the role.
  • Claudia Muaka as Grandma Addams was hilariously eccentric, stealing every scene she was in with her witty remarks and unpredictable antics.
  • Zachary Lee as Fester Addams was a lovable oddball, radiating warmth and humor with every quirky expression.
  • Bertie Retzer as Lucas Beineke was charming and sincere, capturing the awkwardness and innocence of young love.
  • Daphne Zager as Alice Beineke was a comedic force, bringing a burst of vibrant energy to the stage.
