Tech Innovators: Leadership and Collaboration at Deering High's Girls Who Code Club

Through clubs like Girls Who Code (GWC), we provide a dynamic space where girls can collaborate, innovate, and push boundaries together. Our approach emphasizes not only technical skills but also resilience, creativity, and leadership.

At Deering High School, we recognize the untapped potential of young women in the tech world. Learning to code isn't just about mastering a programming language; it's about unlocking a world of endless possibilities. Our commitment to supporting girls in coding goes beyond mere instruction; it's about creating a vibrant community where their voices are heard and their talents celebrated.

Recently, Mr. Graffius (club advisor) invited industry professional  Matt Jones from Tyler Technologies, who shared their experiences and insights, igniting sparks of inspiration and ambition.
