Deering High School: First Day Highlights & Principal’s Message
Deering High School Community,
Our first day back to school was awesome! It was great to see familiar and new faces in the halls. Our student body as a whole was respectful and attentive in the grade-level assemblies, where we reviewed expectations for this new school year.
Our awesome School Counseling Administrative Assistant, Ms. Davenport, captured a few moments of the first day of school, which you will see below.
Lastly, please remember our goals for this year (families, we appreciate you reiterating these!): (1) Phones and smartwatches in your Yondr pouch to concentrate all our energy on learning, (2) safe and respectful interactions between all members in our community, and (3) attendance, every day in every class.
