Transcript Requests DELAYED
Email your completed request form for all transcript requests. We can provide detailed transcripts for graduates within the last 5 years. All requests are processed in the order received, as system details become available.
Please print and complete the form below to request that your DHS school records be forwarded to you or an outside entity. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 requires that all transcript requests be in writing, signed and dated by the person to whom the record belongs. Telephone requests cannot be accepted.
Deering High School sends the transcript electronically or via USPS. College admission test scores are not included on the transcripts. Students must request these test scores to be sent directly to colleges and universities, and those are done through the testing agencies websites: ACT or CollegeBoard
There is no fee for a transcript.
